You have a hell, I think we still have a few electric "feet" heaters. They are a fire hazard evil, but the toast.

Hello and already invented. Heated Socks for quite some time had. They should be given according to an Army Navy store or a place to hunters. Peace out and hope your feet warm!
ps my feet cold when I sit my dog, they warm and very quick!

They have something called hot legs.
You can paste them into the gloves and boots.
Basically there are two chemicals that mix in a bag, and then create shotgun heat for a specified period.
