I live in an apartment complex where we have attached a boilers and various units in the steam radiator heat. How can I from my radiator to maximize the heat flow?
The age of the heating steam must be 50 or 60.

You can not. Each unit can have its own thermostat. Sometimes the owner is the temperature.
