How could I find information on cap rate scenarios for raw land? - information

If a large amount of raw land in a place with a rate scenarios (Hotel Resort, the mobile home park, storage, markets will be camping, shopping centers, offices, etc.) How do I find each of these scenarios? This information should contain a rough estimate of construction costs, including information on loans, rents, taxes, etc. Is it possible to easily obtain such information as the countless hours in the streets?
